Set on five bucolic acres, The Green Market Farm offers a range of moments for private relaxation and large-scale entertaining alike. Seven cozy bedrooms spread across a Main House and Guest House, gorgeous flower and vegetable gardens, and multiple indoor and outdoor dining spaces await.

The Green Market Farm is the complete expression of its founder’s vision. Lifelong island local and entrepreneur, Tessa Cressman, has touched every aspect of life on Nantucket, as a pastry chef, fitness instructor, design enthusiast and patron of numerous community organizations. As a sister operation to The Green catering company and The Green Market in town, The Green Market Farm is able to offer a truly seamless, turnkey experience. Rental of the house includes the services of a dedicated House Manager, who will ensure every aspect of your Nantucket experience happens beautifully.
