As a sister to The Green catering company and The Green Market in town, The Green Taco Truck has access to the best flavors that Nantucket has to offer. Our dedicated House Manager can coordinate private chefs, stock your fridge with your favorite fresh juices, curate beautiful charcuterie boards and picnic baskets, organize poolside lunches, make sure there’s a warm muffin basket on your front stoop each morning—and even orchestrate formal farm-to-table suppers from the comfort of your dining room.

Clamming and Scalloping

Clams in the summer, scallops in the fall… What would Nantucket be without its shellfish? Spend the morning on a private charter with one of the island’s most beloved fishermen as you learn about the incredible biodiversity of these waters—then bring your bounty back to The Green Market Farm for a beautiful picnic lunch. A portion of all proceeds will benefit the Nantucket Shellfish Association’s mission to foster and preserve aquaculture on the island.

The Green Market Farm Facial Experience
We have worked closely with licensed esthetician and holistic expert Monika Rudnicka of Nantucket’s beloved Monarch Face & Body to develop an exclusive The Green Market Farm Facial. From start to finish, the experience integrates botanicals harvested from our farm. It begins with a cup of soothing chamomile and raspberry leaf tea, fortified with a Nantucket Rose tincture while you receive a personalized consultation. From there, Monika customizes the facial with a range of modalities to suit your needs, integrating Eastern and Western practices, aromatherapy, lympathic activation and detox, gentle cupping, sound healing and facial massage. Throughout, you will experience warm towels infused with our very own rosemary and lemon verbena—and then you will be sent home with a beautiful sachet of our tea and the tincture.
